The CS Synthetic Diamond Hydraulic Press is one of the leading products manufactured by Guilin Metallurgical Machinery General Factory. It had won the 2nd Prize of Scientific and Technical Achievement from China National Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation, the Hundred-Flower Prize of New products from Guangxi province and the Gold Medal from China New Product Fair since 1985.Including "New Type Working Cylinder Patent" (Patent No.: ZL032498519), "Thin Wall Working Cylinder Patent" (Patent Application No.: 200620035202.0), "Hydraulic System Patent" (Patent Application No.: 200620035960.2) and "Temperature Control Patent" (Patent Application No.: 200720078747.4) altogether four patents.
The most advanced press of the CS6×14,000KN, CS×18,000KN, CS×20,000, CS×25,000, CS6×28,000KN, CS×30,000KN developed successfully after 1997.The later ones are the ideal substitutes for the synthesis of diamond and polycrystalline diamond (PCD) etc. It can well meet the requirement of the synthesis procedure that occurred in the chamber betweenφ30mm toφ50mm. Programmable Logical Controller (PLC), touch screen and pressure controller are adopted in a control system and the heating system is controllable by a constant power controller, so that the structure of the press is compactly laid out.
Apart from supply of full set of the press, GMMGF can also provide installation, test-run, spare parts, personnel training on diamond synthesis production line, and perfect after sale service.
Up to the present, over 1000 sets of various type synthetic diamond hydraulic press made in GMMGF have been sold in the domestic market and abroad, some sets of them were sold to India, USA, Japan, South Korea and Iran.
