Starry Special Vehicle was evolved from the former Golden Bull Machinery Factory and has been engaging in highway engineering machinery for over 20 years. We have a well-established factory covering an area over 20,000 square meters, at the capacity of 1 billion per year.

We also have Qinhuangdao Special Vehicle Co., Ltd., Beijing Sales Center and Xi'an Research and Development Center.
