Extruder: PE high speed and high efficiency single screw extruder, barrel slotted design, with a low-noise fan, high speed and hard gear reducer. Bellows inside and outside the layer by two extruders feeding independently, to achieve inner and outer layers of different materials pipe production to ensure the efficient extrusion.
Extrusion head: a double channel structure, nitride satin finish and a special design of the die for different materials, the production of different ring stiffness of the pipe. The special structure of the mold to ensure both inside and outside layer of uniform thickness and stable molding.
