This machine line is used to use the waste paper and glue to make pencils.
Materials of the machine line needed : waste paper, liquid UF glue, leads , plastic file for packing pencil, and eraser.

Working process:
 Cut paper---roll lead into paper---roll the paper into pencil with glue---dry the wet pencil---cut two sides of the pencil---polish the pencil---packing the pencil with plastic film---fix the eraser on pencil.

 100 square meter factory with 220v electricity.  
Cost analysis:
Each pencil cost is: 0.06----0.08RMB
Whole sell price is: 0.1----0.12RMB
One machine capacity is: 10000----15000 pieces/8hours
