In 2006, CMC undertook the Indonesian Project of 450m3 Blast Furnace, the yearly productivity of irons being 500,000 tons and steel products being 400,000 tons, the contract value being about US$35 million. After this project is built up, it will be the
CMC has made the newly break-through in the field of international project contracting in building materials, and has squeezed into the international market rapidly.
In 2006, CMC undertook the Indonesian Project of 450m3 Blast Furnace, the yearly productivity of irons being 500,000 tons and steel products being 400,000 tons, the contract value being about US$35 million. After this project is built up, it will be the first blast furnace that Chinese build in Indonesia.
In 2007, CMC undertook the project of Turkish BILECIK cement plant with the daily productivity of 3300 tons as a general contractor. This project is another large-scale cement plant that the company undertook in Turkey following our exporting Rotary Kiln to Turkey in 2006.
In 2008, CMC also undertook the cement plant project of Penza in Russia, with the total amount of nearly US$200 million. This project is among the biggest EPC works which the Chinese contractors undertake in Russia in recent years, also is the cement plant undertaken by China firstly utilizing New Dry Process technology in Russia.
