The machine can blow different specifications of film of LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, which are widely used in the packing food, fruit, clothing, textile, daily necessaries, industrial products, etc.
The machine adopts frequency speed regulating. It has the virtues of, steady speed change. And it saves more electricity, lower failures, and easier maintenance than one with fixing electromagnetism-timing system. The screw and barrel adopt 38CrMoAIA with double mixing, which have the virtues of long life, high productivity and better plasticity, The path of die head has the virtues of high degree of polish, low resistance, no adhibitting material, easy to clean, high-quality finished goods because of molybdenum process. Auxiliary machinery adopts eustylos structure with beautiful externality and convenience in operation. It is also installed height adjustment equipment so that different films, which will be produced, are up to optimum condition.
