The horizontal arrangement is adopted for the upsetting station of our machine tool and the cold-drawn disk(bar)materials are used to produce the screws (bolts)products in succession through the working procedure of cutting off ,primary punching, intensive punching and thread rolling.
Using cold drawn disk or bar to form bright hex nut blank and tap to obtain bright hex nut.
