The tapping machine tool, used for producing M6-M30 hexagon nuts, flange nuts, square nuts, and other nonstandard nuts.
The tapping machine is for batch processing of hex threads.The machine tool is used for producing M6-M20 hexagon nuts, coarse and fine thread whose out-lines conform to the GB52-76 standard, and the precision can reach to second grade.
Our factory can design the threading device for making nut with other nonstandard specification for users.
When working, put the nut blanks into the hopper in batches, then the machine can finish the complete working procedures from feeding, tapping to finished products collecting automatically.
The machine tool with reasonable and simple structure, has two principal axis, and it is easy to adjust and maintenance.
