This type of casting machine is all the complete sets of electromechanical equipment . Its automatic system integrates electric, meter and computer all in one. The basic automatic design employs PLC resolution, which has two level structures. One is a control station consist of PLC, and the other is a computer operating station with the support of real-time multiple task system software. The process computer features the production management, process management, dynamic control on secondary cooling water, slab end optimization etc, which improves the automatic level and assures the reliable performance of continuous casting machine. Depending on different user requirements, the necessary casting facilities will be used with various types of the casting machine, such as bale non-oxidation casting, mold level control, stopper automatic pouring, mold electromagnetic stirring, secondary cooling zone electromagnetic stirring, cast billet marking machine, etc.
