China Light Industrial Corporation for Foreign Economic and Technical Co-operation (CLETC) was set up in April, 1983. CLETC is a large state-owned enterprise of the foreign economic co-operation and trade approved by the State Council, registered at the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and administrated by the Central Government.
