通知的协议根据IEC标准60335-2-14:2016+AMD1:2019的适用范围和领域，建立了家用和类似用途厨房机械的认证程序。
它不适用于以下机器：
（a） 具有圆形刀片的切片机，其刀片与垂直方向的倾斜角度超过45°；
（b） 食品废物处理器（IEC 60335-2-16）；
（c） 装有电动压缩机的冰淇淋器具（IEC 60335-2-24）；
（d） 商用厨房机械（IEC 60335-2-64）；
（e） 工业用厨房机械；
（f） 拟在特殊条件下使用的厨房机器，如存在腐蚀性或爆炸性环境（灰尘、蒸汽或气体）。

The notified Protocol establishes the certification procedure for kitchen machines for household use and similar purposes, in accordance with the scope and field of application of IEC Standard 60335-2-14:2016+AMD1:2019 CSV.
It does not apply to the following machines:
(a) slicing machines having a circular knife the blade of which is inclined at an angle exceeding 45° to the vertical;
(b) food waste disposers (IEC 60335-2-16);
(c) ice-cream appliances with incorporated motor compressors (IEC 60335-2-24);
(d) kitchen machines intended for commercial purposes (IEC 60335-2-64);
(e) kitchen machines intended for industrial purposes;
(f) kitchen machines intended to be used in locations where special conditions prevail, such as the presence of a corrosive or explosive atmosphere (dust, vapour or gas).
