请注意，环境与可持续发展秘书处第443/2020号决议更新了第3条所列原电池和电池的最终或临时进口指南，以及根据第3条的规定在内部或外部进口含有此类物品的器具或物品的指南第26.184号法律第6条。因此，通知决议第1条废除了G/TBT/N/ARG/208和补遗1号文件中通知的第26.184号法律的监管决议第1-3条。
上述规定不适用于SAyDS第75/2019号决议（G/TBT/N/ARG/356），该决议执行了批准《水俣汞公约》的第27.356号法律。

Please be advised that Secretariat for the Environment and Sustainable Development Resolution (SAyDS) No. 443/2020 updates the guidelines for the definitive or temporary importation of the primary cells and batteries identified in Article 3 and of the appliances or articles containing such items either internally or externally, in accordance with Article 6 of Law No. 26.184.Accordingly, Article 1 of the notified Resolution repeals the regulatory resolutions of Law No. 26.184 notified in documents G/TBT/N/ARG/208 and Add. 1-3 thereto. The aforementioned Law remains in effect.
The above does not apply to SAyDS Resolution No. 75/2019 (G/TBT/N/ARG/356) implementing Law No. 27.356 approving the Minamata Convention on Mercury.
