WTO.泰国通报饮用水冷却器部长级法规草案：安全要求（TIS 2461:2552（2009））

部长级法规草案要求饮用水冷却器符合《饮用水冷却器标准：安全要求》（TIS 2461:2552（2009））。
本标准适用于单相额定电压不超过250V，其他类型额定电压不超过480V的饮用水冷却器。
该标准是针对饮用水冷却器使用的危险性而制定的。不包括没有照顾者的残疾人和儿童，以及儿童游戏。

The draft ministerial regulation mandates drinking water coolers to conform with the standard for Drinking Water Coolers: Safety Requirements (TIS 2461:2552(2009)).
The standard applies to drinking water coolers with rated voltage not exceeding 250V for the single-phase type and 480V for other types.
The standard has been developed with regard to the dangers of the use of drinking water coolers. It does not cover the use of people with disabilities without caregiver and children, including children's play.
