WTO.厄瓜多尔通报正式采用厄瓜多尔技术法规RTE INEN第115号“机动车辆用铅酸蓄电池”第二次修订版（2R）

厄瓜多尔共和国在第1号补遗中通知，已根据第1号决议印发了厄瓜多尔技术条例RTE INEN第115号“机动车辆用铅酸电池”的第二次修订(2R)。MPCEIP-SC-2020-0350-R于2020年11月20日由生产、对外贸易、投资和渔业部质量副秘书处发布。通知文本将于2020年12月18日正式发布之日起8个月后生效。

By means of this Addendum No. 1, the Republic of Ecuador advises that the second revision (2R) of Ecuadorian Technical Regulation RTE INEN No. 115 "Lead-acid batteries for motor vehicles" has been issued pursuant to Resolution No. MPCEIP-SC-2020-0350-R of 20 November 2020 by the Under-Secretariat for Quality of the Ministry of Production, Foreign Trade, Investment and Fisheries. The notified text will enter into force after a period of eight months from 18 December 2020, the date on which it was published in the Official Journal.
