Zhejiang Hengli Powder Metallurgy Co., Ltd. is located in Jinhua, one of the top most livable cities and the national famous historical and cultural cities in China. It is specialized in the research & development, manufacture and marketing of all types of alloy self-lubricant bearing (bushing block).
Fully aware that construction machineries are characterized by low speed and heavy load, the Research & Development (R&D) Department, guided by the foreign experts, developed alloy self-lubricant bearing (bushing block) series products which can fully replace imported components. Tested by lots of trials and repeatedly used by many well-known domestic and foreign brands, these series products are proved to perform as satisfactorily as the imported components.
Our products are now widely used for many heavy construction machineries, such as excavators and loaders of various domestic and foreign brands, as the preferred components of the automobile parts of various construction machineries.
We are aimed at providing our customers with satisfactory quality products and meritorious service in search of excellence and continuous innovation.
With efforts for years, we have developed over 300 specifications of alloy self-lubricant bearings. The automatic production line having been improved, our production capacity has been increased to 1.5 million per year. We are now competent for mating with various big-and-middle-size construction machinery manufacturers.
Our alloy self-lubricant bearings (bushing block) are made from many metal powders (such as Fe, Cu, C and Mo), which are sintered into compacts in metallurgy and finally manufactured with many processes. The sintered compacts, characterized by porosity, are saturated with lubricants under a particular temperature, and the alloy self-lubricant bearings (bushing block) will contain 14%-18% lubricants at normal temperature. In operation, when temporary lubricants shortage occurs to the bearing and bushing block in the automobile parts of the arm body and hydro-cylinder, as a result of temperature rise and pump suction, the contained anti-friction lubricants will exude to the running surface for lubrication so as to avoid dry friction damaging the important components and parts.
Compared with the traditional bushing block made from steel and copper, alloy self-lubricant bearings (bushing block), with the addition of various alloy elements, are very much improved in their comprehensive usability. As they always contact with rigid parts, the blocks made from steel bushing, after collision and friction, can easily lead to the wear and deformation of the mounting holes as well as damages to the arm body and hydro-cylinder. Because of the low density, porosity and certain elastic anti-force capability, the alloy self-lubricant bearings (bushing block) may play a buffering role in use, reducing the rigid collision and friction among the axis, arm body, hydro-cylinder and bearing (bushing block) and largely decreasing wear and tear between the important components and parts so that the whole machine can be protected.
