It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of  Shaanxi Baoguang Vacuum Electric Device Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China XD Group. It is mainly engaged in the import and export business of electric products and accessories, including vacuum interrupter, embedded pole, vacuum circuit breaker, HV switchgear etc.
