Its predecessor was Jinan Washing Machine Factory which was founded in 1979 and specialized in the production of single-tub and twin-tub washing machines initially. In 1985, Xiaoya introduced front-load washing machine production line from Italy base on the joint venture with SANGIO and then produced the first fully-automatic front-load washer in China. Inheriting and building upon the success of Jinan Washing Machine Factory, Xiaoya expanded the enterprise scale of the company and turned to the development and manufacturing of washing machines as well as home appliances, accessories, and wheel rim production machines. After 40 years of development, Xiaoya has created its own brand, ¡°Xiaoya¡±. Our leading products have extended from single front-load washers to include front-load, top-load washers and four other categories with over 60 series and more than 200 models. Brand construction In 1999, Xiaoya brand washing machines were recognized as a China famous brand product by the State Administration of Industry and Commerce. As the exclusive holder of the trademark rights to Xiaoya Group in the laundry industry, Shangdong Xiaoya Group Household Appliances Co., Ltd is responsible for maintaining, developing, and promoting the brand image of Xiaoya. We have always been a leader in the industry thanks to our focus on research and development, product quality, marketing, and after-sales services. We have created an enterprise culture that is geared toward success. Technical innovation Xiaoya has strong scientific research capabilities and has established a national-level technical center combining our enterprise strengths with those of Chinese universities. We have 8 specialized research centers and a first-class key lab. On February 24, 2001, Xiaoya co-established an institute of applied technology for nanomaterials with the Institute of Solid State Physics, Chinese Academic of Sciences and took the lead in applying nanotechnology to laundry machines. We developed healthy, eco-friendly washing machines with dirt-free drums and obtained two national invention patents. Xiaoya has successively launched China¡¯s first computer controlled fully automatic front-load washer with ultrasonic scrubbing function and other high-tech products. Based on over 20 years of development in laundry appliances, Xiaoya gradually devoted greater R&D efforts in household and commercial refrigeration products. Our company has cooperated with Toshiba to co-develop direct drive motor automatic front-load washing machines, We also invited German washing machine experts for long term technical guidance, and co-launched the first 110V condensation drying top-load washing machine. Domestic and overseas marketing Xiaoya has established a far reaching marketing network and instituted over 120 dealer service centers and more than 3000 marketing outlets. Xiaoya products not only occupy large market shares in the domestic market, but are also popular throughout the Middle East, Africa, Europe, America, etc. In 1994, Xiaoya became the first in the industry to ISO9001 international quality system certification at one time and German GS, European CE, America ETL and other international certifications, making us a world-class qualified supplier. Production and management With 40 years of development, and the introduction of advanced equipment, Xiaoya Household Appliances has established a factory covering an area of over 300mu, with a building area of more than 156000m2 and over 2200 employees. Our annual comprehensive output capacity has surpassed 600,000 sets of front-load washers, 600,000 sets of top-load washers, and 800,000 sets of semi-automatic twin tub washers. Our factory is equipped with 108 sets of production equipment, including large, medium and small size stamping lines, automatic welding line, enamel production line, spraying line, large injection molding machine and other several production lines. Includes 3 front-load washing machine assembly lines and 2 top-load washing machine assembly lines. The technical level and process level of the production line are ranked first out of domestic manufacturers.
